One more Mandatory Parent Meeting

There will be an additional parent meeting at 6:00 at the First Assembly of God Church in Belleville! This meeting will be one hour before the regularly scheduled SCCCHE meeting, so please arrive on time and ready to pay for individual classes. Okay,

Tomorrow is the final registration and mandatory parent registration. It will be held at 9:30 am or 7:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Fairview Heights. Please be sure to print 2 copies of the billing form and bring them with you to the parent meeting. If you have any signed pages from the Registration packet, you may bring those also. WE will also have teacher's meetings following the parent meetings, so teachers may get thier information and paperwork all taken care of tomorrow also

We will discuss some policy changes and payment changes that will take effect this semester. Please make every effort to come. There will be a 'movie room' for those whose children would like to watch a movie instead. :)

The first Lyceum class will begin next week- Friday September 12th at the First Baptist Church of Fairview Heights.

Volunteer, part II

Thank you all for being my beta testers. For all of you emailing me frantic, I made a few changes and *tested* the changes and it now appears you can now register as a Volunteer.

Regular registration will open Monday.

You can Volunteer!

I am so sorry getting the volunteer piece into place has taken so long. It is currently working at this link http://www.masterslyceum.org/Volunteers/. You will be directed to login before you can get to the page. Here are some guidelines you need to keep in mind:

- once you hit the Submit button and volunteer you cannot change your choice and have to beg Julie to remove you from that position -- caveat volunteer
- you have the ability to have your spouse and/or children volunteer for positions as well
- each individual will only be able to serve in one position per category; the volunteer tool will prevent you from doing this
- once you've volunteered, you will need to logout and log back in to be given the proper permissions to register as a volunteer

GOOD MORNING! Registration will open soon!

I know you are anxious to get your volunteer positions chosen and your kids plugged into classes. Thank you for your patience as the website is being fine tuned and finished! It is our hope to meet today's target as the day you are able to register, however, there is still more work to be done. Sooo, hang in there and keep checking back. TEACHER REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

God is good and the teacher registration part is up and running! Teachers are now registering! Those choosing to volunteer will be able to register on Wednesday and then those unable to volunteer this semester will be able to register on Friday. Don't forget to updateyour child(ren)'s grade levels- see instructions- before you begin. Let me know if you find any data entry errors! Just Clay, Julie

Moving Forward

Just an update... As we move forward and prepare of the Fall 2008 Master's Lyceum, please prayerfully consider how God is calling you to serve. Please continue join us as we attempt to cover each aspect of Lyceum completely in prayer and ask for God's direction and blessing. There will be more information available at the Feb. 14th SCCCHE monthly meeting, Have a wonderful spring and pray for us as we seek God's direction for the future of Master's Lyceum.
